Tuesdays & Thursdays: 4:00-5:00pm

Youth (Ages 8-15 years old):

Tuesdays & Thursdays 5:10-6:10pm

Women's Only:

Tuesdays: 6:20-7:50pm

Wednesdays: 9:30-11:00am

Thursdays: 6:20-7:50pm

Adults - Co-Ed:

Tuesdays & Thursdays 9:30-11:00am

Adults - Co-Ed:

Mondays: 7:30-9:00pm

Wednesdays: 7:30-9:00pm

Fridays: 7:30-9:00pm

Yearly Membership Cancellation Policy:

- Must provide one month notice

- $200.00 cancellation fee

January brings a new location in Inglewood and new class offerings to be announced! If you're keen to start, but hope for a particular class time that is not currently on our schedule, send us an email and put in your request!  We are happy to accomodate where the interest is!
