Satori is a martial arts & wellness studio located in SE Calgary.  Come check out our new location in Inglewood - opening January 2024!

 

The "Studio" side of Satori focuses on classes and workshops for adults, kids, and youth in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Self Defense, Yoga, Meditation/Breathwork, and Ginastica Natural (Movement). 

 

The "Services" side of Satori offers Massage Therapy (Shiatsu/Acupressure) and Birth Doula Services.

Satori began in 2011 as a mobile Shiatsu Therapy practice and has evolved over the years to something quite unique.  Now, at best version, Satori is doing everything from first initial year to present - catering to individuals, families, serving in the community, and collaborating with many different organizations and businesses to offer something for everyone.

Satori is a Japanese term, translated as "awakening" or "understanding". It is considered one's first step on the path.
